1. Order Cancellation and Refunds:

   • If the cake has not been dispatched at the time the customer wishes to cancel, we will be happy to process a refund.
   • Once the cake is out for delivery, customers are not allowed to cancel their order.
   • Refund will takes place within 2-7 working days.

2. Change of Cake Selection:

   • Customers have the flexibility to change their choice of cake before 1 hour prior to dispatch.

3. Payment at the Time of Delivery:

   • Customers have the option to pay for their order at the time of delivery, ensuring the cake's condition meets their satisfaction.

4. Damaged Cake Replacement:

   • In the event of any damages to the cake during delivery, TrueCakes will replace the cake within another 1 hour timeframe.

Please note:

• All cancellation requests, changes, and refund claims should be communicated to TrueCakes promptly.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• TrueCakes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances or if the order violates any terms and conditions.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. TrueCakes will not be held liable for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
